Because TikTok is a social media platform that is exploding right now and I hope you will take advantage of that!
TikTok can make you go viral overnight and be seen by millions and millions of people online. You will be heard and be able to reach a lot of people if you are doing it the right way.
I will show you 7 ways that you can actually monetize your TikTok account and I will go through all of them in detail and try to provide as much information as I can, so keep reading the article to the end.

7 Ways To Make Money On TikTok
#1 Grow And Sell Your TikTok Account:
There are actually sites where you can sell your TikTok account.
One of these sites is called fameswap.com, on this site you can actually sell your YouTube channel, Instagram account, and TikTok account.
This is definitely something that you can do as people are doing it every day and earn some quick cash online.
2# Brand Deals And Sponsorships:
When you get to about 250,000 followers, brands will start reaching out to you, trying to see if you are available for any brand deals.
You can actually join certain social media platforms like shoutcart.com, where you can actually just have people buy your shoutouts and to get their products or service advertised on your TikTok account.
You have to make yourself available, make sure you have your contact information on your profile, either your email or your website so they can contact you if you are willing to work with brands.
3# Consulting And Coaching:
I have actually seen a few people doing this already and making a lot of money on TikTok.
They are only charging about $20-$30 and they give consultation to other TikTok users.
They go through other’s accounts and give feedback on how they are doing and how they can grow faster and get better in making their content.
This is something that you can definitely do if you are either into consulting or coaching, you can either do it for individuals or for businesses.
You can even charge more if you are going for those kinds of clients because when somebody is using their TikTok for business, they are willing to pay for that information.
4# Going Live:
Once you hit 1000 followers on TikTok, you can go live.
When you click on the plus sign on the bottom of the app to record, you will be able to see an option for going live and it is not like the videos on TikTok which can just be for 15 seconds to 60 seconds, the live option does not have that time constraint.
So once you go live, what you can do is earn from people in the form of donation, people who watch your live can give you gifts by buying coins from TikTok and when you receive those gifts you will be able to earn half the value because TikTok will take half.
Going live is not the greatest method to monetize but when you are live, you can actually do other things such as promoting various products or services and make money that way as well so that is a huge advantage of having an audience and a following on TikTok.
5# TikTok Compilations on YouTube Channel:
How this works is that back in the day when Vine was really popular, they were also a platform about videos, people were making these Vine YouTube channels which had compilations of popular Vine videos.
You can definitely do the same thing for TikTok, you can combine TikTok videos of certain themes such as compilation of popular dances or other trends, you just need about 10 videos to make a compilation and you get tons and tons of views.
When you get that many views on your YouTube channel, you can monetize your channel very quickly that way.
It is very easy to download TikTok videos, you just have to install the app, start scrolling and checking out all the different trends and videos, pick the popular ones with the same theme and post them.
There is actually not a lot of competition for you to build a TikTok channel right now so this is the prime time to do this, there is tons of room to passively earn an income online.
6# Cross-Promotions:
Cross-promotion means that you can use your TikTok account as your traffic driver.
TikTok can gain you thousands and thousands of views to whatever you want your audience to see, so you can use that traffic to drive to the establishment you already have such as Instagram.
You have to go ahead and tell your audience to follow you on Instagram and YouTube and link your Instagram account and YouTube channel to grow them through TikTok.

7# Link In Bio:
Once you reach a certain amount of followers, you can start putting links on your TikTok bio, if you do not have your own shop to link on your bio, I suggest you start linking affiliate products through affiliate marketing.
You can pin your affiliate website in your bio and have people check out your favorite stuff that you like to talk about.
So if you have an affiliate website where you talk about fashion and cooking, you can talk about the same topics on your TikTok account and encourage people to visit your website to learn more.
Your websites could have articles, which highlight the same topics and each one of your articles could have links to Amazon or wherever they can buy your recommended products and you are going to be able to earn through commissions.
Go to your TikTok account, click on ‘Edit Profile’, and underneath the bio description, you can put your website link.
There are 3 main things you can link in your bio to monetize from TikTok:
- Affiliate Website: You can link your affiliate website where you talk about your product recommendations and earn commissions like that.
- Online Shop: You can also put the link to your online shops such as Etsy or Shopify if you have one and drive business from your TikTok account by making videos of what you do.
- Online Course: if you teach an online course, you can also link your course on your TikTok account and sell your course through TikTok.
Last but not least, you can make a link tree in your bio, listing all the various different things you do on the internet if you have more than one thing to advertise and promote.
So there are multiple things you can do with TikTok’s link in bio option.
