Are there Free Legit Link Posting Jobs you can do from home? When searching to make money online, you may have come across ads or sales pages that offer what looks like legit link posting jobs you can do from home but are they free?  Are they real or just a big scam?

I’m glad you’re here because I want to tell you the truth which is link posting jobs don’t exist actually and this has stemmed from companies who used to use this tactic to build backlinks to their websites.

This could also stem from people thinking they can use affiliate marketing by just spamming the internet to make money.

Either way, nobody will find any free or paid legit link posting jobs anywhere.

This post will go over why that is, the truth about how things work these days, and why you need to stay away from link posting all together.

I will go through these sections with you:

I have reviewed hundreds of products and programs on my website here, and I have reviewed many that tell you that you can make $379/day by doing this link posting like Income Online, Home Based Wealth System, Computer Experts Online, and Cash From Home, to name a few.

To understand what link posting is, let’s take a look at the history of where this even come about, and there are two ways I can see where this stems from:

  1. Backlinking
  2. Affiliate Marketing

In the earlier years, companies would use something called backlinks to have their websites rank higher on the Google search results.

The higher their websites ranked, the more traffic (visitors) they would get on their websites and the more money they would earn.

Backlinking is where other people link to your website, so either on other people’s blogs, social media, online forums, sharing online, etc.

These links used to tell Google or search engines, hey this website must have great content because everyone is linking to it but then Google realized that companies and other website owners were buying these backlinks form services that provide them.

The backlink services are the ones that would hire people to post links for their clients.

However, since Google realized this, they have put into place something to detect websites that use these backlink services and de-rank them for using fake backlinks.

So, this method can only work through natural backlinks and thus nobody can buy backlinks anymore so there shouldn’t be anymore link posting jobs in this sense.

Affiliate Marketing

Since buying backlinks is out and has been for the last few years, this link posting scheme is still running these days and this could be because of affiliate marketing.

Affiliate marketing is the process of earning commissions from driving sales to products that you’re promoting through affiliate links that you get from companies that have affiliate programs for you to join.

This is a legitimate business model and one that is widely used, including myself, and it’s a great way to make money online with if you know how to build this online business properly.

Affiliate Marketing

Because affiliate marketing has been growing in the last 10 years, this could be why “link posting” has become easy to lure people with and using a term like “link posting”, it makes it sound simpler to do than it really is to make money from.

However, spamming the internet with your affiliate links won’t make you much money like that and will only get you banned or shut down by the platforms you do that on.

Nobody is allowed to spam with links these days, so you’ll have a hard time making any money just taking an affiliate link and just spam all over forums and social media.

It’ll be a quick way to lose your friends and family from your social media accounts.

Posting links this way will not make you much money, if any at all, and certainly won’t make you $379/day.

Free Legit Link Posting Jobs From Home - Beware of ScamsYou still see link posting jobs these days because it’s easy to lure people with it so scammers make it sound super easy to do link posting and tell you that you can make a lot of money with just copying and pasting links everywhere.

You will not see a legitimate source asking people to post links for them because link posting jobs don’t really exist.

But because affiliate marketing has been growing in an up trend and people are making a ton of money from it, the scammers out there find it easy to call this link posting and mislead people about how easy it is so they can make money from you.

This could not be further from the truth, they also don’t make it clear that posting the link itself doesn’t make you any money.

Only when someone clicks on your link and then buys something or the product that you’re promoting will you earn a commission.

Regardless of how they market to you, you will be lured into a system that will not make you much money from link posting.

In fact, some of these link posting scams turn out to be a sales funnel for high ticket programs where they ask you for thousands of dollars to access their products to promote with.

Those are quite the schemes considering they are luring you with something “easy” like link posting but you’re really getting yourself to high ticket program and most times people will be scammed their $97 or whatever it is they want for their system.

Some will lose more money if they do buy those expensive products because they end up not knowing how to recruit massively enough to find the very few people that would also be crazy enough to invest thousands of dollars like they did.

So they end up losing a lot of money from these types of link posting scams.

To avoid future link posting scams that you may come across, I wanted to show you the red flags to look for.

The link posting scams will have many of these red flags so look for them:

  1. Work Only 60 Minutes A Day Or Less – Getting big income results with very little work is sure a red flag because no matter what you do, to make real money online, it takes real work effort and 1 hour a day is not going to cut it.
  2. Very High Income Claims – If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.  The internet is not magical guys, sure it has opened a lot of doors for opportunities but no system will just dump cash into your bank account, especially when they tell you this in a short amount of time, like earning thousands of dollars in your first week or even month.  Making money like that online is possible but it takes time and hard work.  No one makes that kind of money from the start.
  3. Limited Availability –  They will always say there’s only a few spots left and that they want to make you buy today.  Any legitimate offer will not rush you into buying like that.  It’s the internet as well, so there’s no need to limit.
  4. The Word “Job” Is Misused – A real job doesn’t cost you any money.  If you have to pay to work for someone, then it’s not a job, it’s a program or system you just bought.  You don’t need to spend money when looking for a job, ever.
  5. The Sob Story – These link posting scams are always connected with some single mother who needs to find something flexible to do from home so she can bring in money for her and her kids.  They will use the same stock picture but change the names they use.  Here are some examples of link posting scams so you can recognize the stock photos involved:

Home Based Wealth System Fake Owner

Internet Income Online Fake Owner Kelly Simmons

Simple Income Strategies Fake Owner

Online FastCash Fake Owner

Cash From Home Mary Rogers Fake Owner

Home Internet Income Club Fake Owner

There are other red flags you will find here but the above ones are specific to the link posting scams I’ve come across.

One must be very careful being online as you can be getting yourself into a scam without knowing it if you are not aware of the red flags you should be looking for.

If you have been scammed by a link posting scam, please share your story below in the comments so others are aware of it as well, thanks in advance!

  1. Hi.I enjoyed reading your post.It is really an opener. Thanks a lot. I will like to sign up so that I can get your training which I need so much at this time but I could not .Reason is that I live in a country that is not supported,Nigeria. What can you do to help me get this training?

    • Hi there, you just can’t get the free training, but you can sign up for the Premium. There are 9 countries not eligible for the free membership, I’m sorry about this.

      Thanks for coming by,

    • Hi Wendy, you’re very welcome, you can do what I do from home which is creating your very own online business using the comprehensive training I used, it’s all detailed out here in my guide where I show you how I have earned a 4 digit online income from this training and explains how it all works.

You will also have info in my guide on how you can get me as your personal Coach as well!

I wish you much luck online!

  2. Hi Grace, I’m from the Philippines but I do live here in U.S. I think I signed up in the past about ad postings but I never recieved any paycheck from it. My question is – do you only make money when people clicked on your link and actually buy something? What if they didn’t buy anything but used your link to browse the product? Regarding the free account, can I start making money from it or do I have to upgrade with the premium before I can accumulate a paycheck?

    • Hi Jocelyn,

Thanks for your comment and questions! In affiliate marketing, usually that is the case that you only earn commissions when you get someone to buy something with your affiliate link. There are other types of affiliate programs that you only need for them to take an action like signing up for something to get.

My recommendation above, you can earn money with the Free account, but that’s if you already know what you’re doing. You will absolutely need the Premium account to access all the training you’ll be needing to learn how to build this business.

It’s not going to be quick. It’s going to take some time for you to learn it and then apply it. Even when building it, your online business will not make you money until you reach a point where you are getting enough visitors to your online business to make sales.

See my guide here for all details!

  3. Interesting article here, thanks for shining light on what’s going on with these link posting jobs. Here I am thinking they are legit. Appreciate the info you provided.

    • Christy, what you don’t understand is that there are people actually telling you it’s a job when it’s not a job. Job meaning, employment. I’m NOT offering ANY employment anywhere here on my site.

That’s why you’re confused. The work I do is a business I built. If you want to learn how to build a business, of course it’s going to cost you money.

In the post above, I’m telling you to watch out for those money making opportunities that says they want to hire you and make it seem like you’re applying to an employment job when you’re not.

When you apply to real jobs, nobody should be asking you for money, this is a fact.

      Best of luck to you,
