1. As a Freelancer
There are people who prefer to stay as freelancers even with many years of experience.
They love the benefits that go with it: the freedom of working in a very flexible job and being able to work literally anywhere.
Whether you’re looking for other ways to make ends meet or aiming for more professional development, you can definitely achieve it through freelancing.
Where do people get freelancing jobs? Here’s a list of the most popular freelancing sites that freelancers land their jobs:

You can set your own rates and once you have a good profile going, you can really pick and choose the projects you want.

A copywriter is someone who expertly writes to promote a business, idea, person, product, or a service.
They are the ones who write the words in radio ads, TV commercials, newspapers, magazines, billboards, websites, emails, and even those found on flyers.
This is quite a high-paying job but will require you to be really good at writing and many companies only hire those that have experience in marketing and communications.

Many writers who have decided to start an online career have built their own blogs. This is because it’s really easy and doesn’t require you to have technical skills and knowledge in creating and designing websites.
Blogging is a fun way to make money because you’re going to write content on a topic you love. Post a blog regularly to build your audience.
Once you do, you can now make money with it through ads, affiliate marketing, selling your own products, etc.
If you have established authority and has become an influencer, sellers and advertisers will contact you to write product reviews and display their ads on your blog. They will be happy to pay you a good amount for your services.
4. As an Author (digital information products, i.e. ebooks, travel guides)
Another method on how to write and earn money online is by selling digital information products. They can be in the form of an ebook, travel guide, training course, etc.
You can sell them on your website simply by adding a shopping cart or a Paypal link. They will visit your page, order the product, fill the necessary details, pay, and then they will receive a download link to their product.
Everything is automated, so the process is really easy. What makes this a great way to earn is you have the control of the entire process.
You’ll have access to your customers’ information, which means you can sell them other products in the future. You can also sell your products in third-party sites, like Amazon, Gumroad, FetchApp, etc.
They will charge you a commission for each sale you make, but selling in these sites will give your products more exposure and better reach to the public.

Probably the most popular way of earning online is through affiliate marketing. It involves a company or a product creator paying a commission to affiliate marketers for referring people to their website or product and making sales for them.
It is performance-based and depending on the arrangement, the affiliate gets paid for whatever action the affiliate is able to drive for the company they are promoting, which could be a sale, a sign up, a survey, etc.
It’s an easier entry to the making money market because you don’t have to invest a lot of money but you will have to invest a lot of time.

I’ve been a blogger/affiliate marketer for 2.5 years as of this writing and it’s the best when you are making a 4 digit online income on a monthly basis.

- You have full control. Affiliate marketing is performance-based, so it’s really up to you how you’re going to manage your work. If you want to earn like how successful affiliates do, you’re going to work hard and continue to learn how to thrive in this business. You can choose your time, place, and even what you’re going to wear. You can choose your work time. In other words, you are your own boss.
- You can help other people. Another great thing about affiliate marketing is that you should help others first before you consider recommending or promoting a product to them. You have to keep providing them useful info so that they will trust you.
Also, when you’re doing great and already have a lot on your plate, you can hire others. You can hire a content writer to help you update your blog regularly or you can hire a social media manager or assistant to handle all of your social media accounts.
