Is InstaGC A Scam? What’s Up With The Point Booster Codes?

Here is another paid to click (PTC) site that is still very popular these days but if you’re new to it, you may wonder if InstaGC is a scam?

Just because a place is popular or has been around, it doesn’t mean it can’t change to something not worth your time.

I did some research into IntaGC and in my review below, I will reveal what this is all about and if it’s a legitimate way to make money online.

I can tell you right now this is not a huge money maker so don’t hold your breath. Lol

If you want to make some extra money online, doing things online on sites like InstaGC can earn you money quickly and easily.

InstaGC is a site where you can become a member and do online tasks like filling out surveys, searching on the web, playing video games, etc and they pay you for it.

So if you like being online and like to surf the internet, why not get paid while you’re doing it?

 

 

HOW DO YOU GET PAID?

InstaGC pays you in their currency first which are called Points.

Each point is worth a penny, $0.01.

The various tasks available on the site will allow you to earn anywhere from 1 point to hundreds of points at once depending on the offers available.

People love this site because it’s easy to use, lots of ways to earn points, and you can get paid instantly in gift cards, thus their name InstaGC.

 

 

They also have a low payout threshold of only $1 which is a hundred points for gift cards.  When this is redeemed, you’ll instantly get the gift card code emailed to you and you can just use it right away.

They have so many gift card options, almost 300 just for the US, they have more for other countries too.

You can get paid in other ways too like Bitcoin, Direct Deposit, eCheck, Ethereum, Litecoin, PayPal, and Visa Prepaid Credit Card but these have different requirements, thresholds, and take a bit longer than getting instant gift cards.

 

I am impressed with the number of ways you can cash out though because I’ve never seen that many options for a PTC site.

 

 

HOW TO MAKE MONEY WITH INSTAGC

Well, it’s more like how to earn points with InstaGC but those points can turn into cash so my title is valid. Lol

Anyway, there are quite a number of ways to earn points and I will detail out each one:

#1) MOBILE APPS

You can earn points here by downloading and installing apps on your mobile or tablet device.  However, at the time of this writing, there were very little opportunities for me to download anything.

Maybe you’ll have better luck.

 

#2) CALLS

Again, there was nothing offered to me for Calls, but this option will earn you points if you make a qualifying call with the phone number specific to you is provided.

 

#3) PAID TO CLICK

This is a popular one and has a lot of opportunities here to earn points.  All you have to do is visit and browse websites.

You will be instructed on what to do for each offer available here for each site you visit.

 

#4) SHOPPING

Who doesn’t love shopping right?  If you’re going to shop online anyway, this is a great way to earn some money back.

For every dollar you spend on the sites available, you will receive 1 – 5 points depending on the store which is not too bad and can rack up quickly.

 

#5) TASKS

Tasks can be anything done online and one very popular to get tasks is on the CrowdFlower site as this is offered on many other PTC sites as well.

What kind of tasks?  It can be anything from searching for things on the internet to organizing brand names, or labeling things but it’s all online tasks so it’s not that hard to do.

You will be offered whatever points that task will be worth and you can be doing this all day long to earn.

 

#6) TRIALS

Signing up for trials can gain you lots of points for some offers because you’ll need to give your information away and actually have to subscribe to things.

So, if you don’t mind a lot of junk mail or try new products, you may find this fun to do.

Just be careful with trials because they may ask for a credit card at sign up and will charge you after the trial period is over, so write down dates on when you should cancel if you don’t want to be charged.

 

#7) VIDEOS

You can watch videos and earn points this way but it’s not a big point generator at all like you can get 1 point for watching 20 videos.

Oh man, I think I have better things to do, not sure about you!

 

8) POINT BOOSTER CODES

These point booster codes are used to earn points for doing absolutely nothing!  The codes are released on InstaGC’s social media pages and you redeem them to earn a few pennies.

 

They also allow members to create their own codes to share with others to use them but you can’t promote member-created codes, you have to share their whole page/website where their codes are.

As the member creating the codes, you must redeem points to be able to create your own codes.  The benefit here is to have more people come to your site for the codes I guess and hopefully earn more from your referrals.

 

9) REFERRALS

InstaGC has a pretty good referral system where you can earn 10 points for each referral you bring in plus you can earn 10% of your referral’s earnings, now that’s passive income!

If you know how to get referrals like taught at Wealthy Affiliate, this is a great option and probably could be the biggest money maker for you.

You will get a referral link you can share to tell people about InstaGC with so they can sign up with your link.

Let’s take a look at the good and bad of InstaGC:

PROS:

• Easy to navigate
• You can earn money
• Sign up bonus
• Free
• Most payout options
• Point Booster Codes are great to earn for doing nothing

CONS:

• It takes forever to earn a lot of money
• Could be delay for points to credit to your account
• Not qualifying for surveys you’ve already started
• Some tasks are not always available or is very limited
• Customer service not very good

 

 

IS INSTAGC A SCAM?

I can confirm that InstaGC is not a scam and it’s a legitimate place to earn money at.

Although you can earn money, you don’t earn a lot, maybe if you’re really on the ball with it, you can earn several hundred in a year.

But for someone like me, I wouldn’t care for doing any of the tasks on there because I don’t want to earn pennies with my time.

You’re literally earning way less than minimum wage on a site like this and to me, why bother?

And for some task like shopping, you have to SPEND money, that’s not what making money online is about.

I’d rather spend my time learning and building a site like this you’re on and get tons of referrals to InstaGC and many other programs who will earn for me instead.
