WHAT IS MOMMY JOBS ONLINE?

Mommy Jobs Online Logo

Site Name: Mommy Jobs Online

Site URL: mommyjobsonline.com

Price: $85 – $210+

Owner: Hidden

Recommended? No.

When you become a parent, it is a desire for most to work at home so they can take care of their kids full time but sometimes it’s hard to find these work at home opportunities.

Mommy Jobs Online Home Page

That’s where Mommy Jobs Online comes in as they vouch that they have pre-screened the work at home job opportunities so that you’ll know the jobs are real.

They have opportunities to earn money from home in categories such as:

  • Data Entry Specialist
  • Email Marketing Specialist
  • Virtual Recruiter
  • Freelance Job Promoter
  • CSR WAH Jobs
  • Transcription WAH Jobs
  • Clerical WAH Jobs

They also host virtual job fairs, provide customer service jobs and medical job resources.

Mommy Jobs Online offers lists of different jobs in groups called “Remote Job Banks” and each of these lists will have the current offers for that particular category.

All the work at home opportunities are remote meaning you could be anywhere in the world and still apply for these positions.

However, you must know you are not applying to be anyone’s employee, you are going to be working as a contractor.

The application you fill out online is a 1099 form, which is to get the information of each contractor.

Other than that, the site so far looks legit but let’s see how it works.

HOW MOMMY JOBS ONLINE WORKS

When you click on the Join Now button or try to apply to any of the positions, you will get to a page where you will have to pay something.

Mommy Jobs Online Membership Fees Job Banks

It turns out, those “Remote Job Bank” lists that tells you what job positions are available will cost you money.

Each list will cost you $85 or you can buy the whole shebang for $210.

Because you’re a contractor and not an employee, this $85 will also cover background verification to make sure you’re legal to work and such.

As per their site, you won’t be paying any employers directly (well, no kidding!) and that:

You are only paying to access our work-at-home job bank registry network that will help save you time searching the legitimacy of remote positions and help you find a job quicker.

The service is designed for people that want to work at home safely, tired of searching for legitimate work at home job positions, and tired of receiving misleading promises to earn money working-at-home with no results.

So, this is how they are justifying their fee.

But you know that you can just go to real job boards like monster.com that is widely known and you can find the same jobs on there for free with direct contact with the employers and enjoy being an employee instead of a contractor without benefits, right?

You can also go to recruiting firms in your local area to help you find remote job positions as well without any charge because the employers that hire pays the fee, not the people looking for jobs.

So, with the $85, does their service really work?

I searched around to get real people’s experience and this is what I found on Glassdoor.com:

You are only paying to access our work-at-home job bank registry network that will help save you time searching the legitimacy of remote positions and help you find a job quicker. The service is designed for people that want to work at home safely, tired of searching for legitimate work at home job positions, and tired of receiving misleading promises to earn money working-at-home with no results.

There are some others that say they have found jobs but it sounds like from the majority, you don’t get your money’s worth of the $85 fee.

Some experience either very few job opportunities and if they ask for another list, they would have to pay even more.

Some don’t get answers from them when emailing them with questions and complaints.

They also charge for the Virtual Job Fairs too like $100 which is outrageous since you can go to any real offline job fairs for FREE.

For a company that charges people to look for jobs, it doesn’t sound like their they are keep up their part of the bargain.

IS MOMMY JOBS ONLINE A SCAM?

For a job site that takes people’s money and not supplying people with ample job opportunities to choose from for their money’s worth, I find this Mommy Jobs Online site a scam.

Not only that, their owner info cannot be found on the site, the mommyjobsonline.com domain is registered anonymously, and they are using a PO Box for their address?!

No legitimate company would hide like that.

Even if you get a job from this, you are paid very, very little for a LOT of repetitive tasks.  Someone pointed out that they earned $20 for sending out 5,000 emails or something like that.

They are just there to collect all the $85 fees and give you some tiny bit of opportunities so people don’t scream scam too loudly.

You can find more work at home job opportunities from real job boards like monster.com as mentioned above, or from recruiting firms in your area, or attend real job fairs… all for FREE.

You do not need Mommy Jobs Online and I highly do NOT recommend it.
