WHAT IS PAYZENO?

Payzeno is a digital product marketplace where product owners and people who want to promote other people’s products can meet and find each other.
Payzeno presents an opportunity to use affiliate marketing to make commissions from the promotion and sale of the products that are offered on their platform.
Affiliate marekting is a legitimate and a great way to make money online if done properly. It’s a topic close to my heart as this is what I use daily to make my living online.
How affiliate marketing works is you find products that are available to promote through affiliate programs.
If a product owner don’t want to create their own affiliate marketing program, they will use a platform like Payzeno instead to administer their affiliate marketing program and easily find affiliates.
Payzeno is very similar to Clickbank if you have heard of them.
Once you find a product you want to promote on Payzeno, you can use the product’s blueprint to help you promote your affiliate link for that product.
Each affiliate link will be specific to the product you want to promote.
The blueprint on this platform is the product owner’s keywords they want you to use, email swipes, or ad campaigns, to give you ways and ideas on how to promote their product.
Once you start promoting and someone clicks on your affiliate link, it will take them to the website where they can make a purchase, if they buy it, you will make a commission from that sale.
That is how affiliate marketing works in a nutshell and Payzeno presents a network of products for you to promote with.
However, there are several concerns I have with Payzeno and what they have to offer so I will go in to more detail about how it works next.
HOW PAYZENO WORKS
To decide whether to use Payzeno or not, you would need to look into whether the products are any good and if the platform is helpful or easy to use.
In a matter of a few minutes of checkout the Payzeno platform I found some inconsistencies that makes this platform a bit suspicious and I will go over why that is.
Are The Products Any Good?
If this is an affiliate marketing network, I would expect many products and niches to choose from but from the looks of what Payzeno has, the products are limited and are low grade.
Their entire network only has about 500 products while something like Clickbank has well over 10,000, maybe even 13,000 products to choose from.
Their lack of products would be a big red flag here but it gets even worse.
Most of the offers are in the make money online niche so if you want to promote products in other niches, you’re not going to have a lot of luck here.
I looked into some of the products that are offered and I would get either 404-Not Found, low quality, or expired.
One product clicked to a page where the domain of the product is being sold! Guess that product doesn’t work anymore.
Another product went to a 404 not found page which is quite annoying and I tried to even go to the root domain and it doesn’t work either, it just lags forever.
How are you supposed to promote products when half don’t work or exist??
This just shows that Payzeno doesn’t review any products that are submitted to be sold on their platform.
Payzeno Platform: Not Organized/Inconsistent
None of the products are organized into categories or niches so you have to go through pages and pages to find the products you want to promote.
There are also no filtering of the products, nothing to sort the products, not a tool to organize the listing of products so you can find things easier. The only thing is a search bar.
Payzeno also talked about 90%, 95% and 100% commissions on their site before I even signed up but once in, those kinds of commissions were nowhere to be found.
I saw commissions as low as 2%, and even one with 0% so not sure what’s up with that one, no one should be using that product, but most where in the 50% zone.
Sure I did not go through every single product but I went through quite a few pages of the products and none were in the 90% or higher in commissions.
No Tracking IDs For Campaigns
On the inside, if you want to promote a product, you just have the one link to each product, you are not able to use any tracking IDs or code to track your ad campaigns.
Like if I were to promote a product on Twitter and Facebook, I’m not able to use different links with different tracking IDs for each social media platform.
Therefore, I won’t be able to tell where the sales are coming from which is absolutely essential when using advertising to promote. Advertising is also a method encouraged on the platform to use so without tracking IDs, it’s hard to make a successful ad campaign.
Tracking is one of the most important aspects of affiliate marketing, without it, you won’t know how or where you would adjust your marketing efforts, etc.
If you don’t track your ad campaigns, you’ll be losing a lot of money from not knowing how to or where to edit and revise your ads to make them better.
IS PAYZENO A SCAM?
No, I don’t think Payzeno is a scam but this affiliate network is not good to use for the reasons discussed above.
They also offer you no training on how to promote these products as well some products don’t even have any “blueprints” to help you promote with and that’s supposed to be the draw for you to join this platform.
Payzeno needs to improve the platform vastly before I can recommend this platform to anyone and they need to review the products that are on there as well as making every vendor to include blueprints as that’s a major feature for using Payzeno.
The Payzeno platform offers little opportunities, not well equipped or organized, and most commissions are not as high as they say they are.
I do not recommend you using Payzeno. You’re better off using Clickbank or CJ.
HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS BUSINESS
Before even looking for affiliate programs to use to make money with, you need to make sure you know how to build this affiliate marketing business.
Just promoting it here and there on social media and online forums won’t make you much of an income like that, you really need to build an online business and learn how to do this properly so you don’t waste your time and energy.
Without proper training, you will not be able to be successful and I know this because I tried doing it on my own before.
However, everything changed in Sep ’16 when I found the right way to build this business and now I get to enjoy making my living online!

A lot of people start out in affiliate marketing with just promoting products on social media or online forums but if you really want to make a full time business or income out of it, you will need much more than that.
